My little princess has been doing a lot of fun (and not so fun) things lately and I can’t keep up blogging about it. It’s in my planner though I know the dates when I need to scrap some pages. She engages in pretend play now, she have this mini notepad that she flips through often (she doesn’t tear the pages but just flips through them) and utter some “words” like she’s talking about her notepad it is so cute. I try to make our everyday routine fun for her, like for instance I’ll let her switch on the lights while I’m carrying her and I’ll suddenly step back so she won’t be able to reach it (I get lots of laugh from her). I also let her do things (with my assistance of course) in the house like opening and closing the bathroom doors when she’s taking a bath or putting back toys to her toy bins. She knows the used of certain things in the house, like the feather duster and the fan. She knows to how to wipe her shoes in our rug before entering the house. She knows how to lie down by herself when she see me carrying a new diaper.
Litzie wants to see the comparison, just for fun.

So now for my post:

I couldn’t find any other photo of hubby at this age so this is all I got. Even so you can see where Iyah got her hair…from her dad. They both have fine (very straight) hair. I had tons of baby bangs as a baby and she doesn’t. I guess she will benefit from her hair in the future, no need for rebonding like mommy (lol). You can’t see in these photos but she got her skin color from her dad as well. I think we have the same eyes? I’m not so sure. One thing though, almost all the people we know say that she does look like her dad.
Link me up if you do this tag. Have a great day!
Yesterday Iyah found a black pen and started writing doodles. It was fine until she decided my leg was as good as paper (lol). She ventured next to the floor, good thing I found out what she was doing before she made artwork on our walls. I will buy her those big crayons this week, and a huge manila paper too.
This morning she found our feather duster lying around, she quickly grabbed it and starting dusting the walls. Oh it was so cute. I managed to take some photos (that I haven’t downloaded from the memory card yet), very scrap worthy. Like Litzie said, she is a girly girl. I can see her being my little helper when she’s big enough.

I don’t know where she learned this pose but yeah that’s pretty much what I get from her everytime I take pictures. I better find a decent angle, but she easily lose interest and by the time I find a good angle she’s running away from me again. And that’s her toothbrush she’s holding right there. She seem to think that it is better as a toy not a toothbrush.
