I got some cute photos of my little girl from her birthday and I’m thinking I can use some of those for our holiday cards this year. I almost always don’t send out personalized cards because I can’t decide what photo or photos to use that I end up not getting anything done at all. Since I have these photos now I might as well use them and finally able to send cards to loved ones early this year. I know it’s not a holiday themed photo but I could just make a holiday themed layout and have the cards printed early. After planning for my little girl’s birthday I’m now on Christmas planning mode

My little girl turns three today. Wow three years old already, the years few by just like that. It’s bittersweet for me because as much as I love that she is growing up to be this sweet, thoughful, smart and beautiful little girl I can’t help but feel a teeny bit sad that she is indeed growing up. I love her to bits and I love that she depends on me and needs me by her side all the time. If we could only freeze time even for a little bit, to savor each moment. I feel sad that I don’t get to blog about her, I don’t get to write in my journal all the little things she say or do as often as I should. I don’t have the all the exact dates of her milestones and I don’t know them by heart either. But I’m glad that I get to be there for her everyday, I may not write about it often but it doesn’t matter because I’m with her and I get to experience those precious moments and I get to see those milestones.

I’m being sentimental because by baby is now three years old. I can her her calling “Mommy where are you?” and I’m sure I’ll get a sloppy kiss and hug when she gets here. We have a party for friends later this evening, a small celebration for our little princess whom we love dearly.

Christmas is only a few months away and I’m already thinking of my Christmas shopping list. These cute dresses would look nice on Iyah. I hope I’d have the budget to buy all these. This little girl is outgrowing her clothes and she’ll be needing new dresses in a few months. Oh she needs some new shoes/sandals too, she’ll be a size bigger in a few months as well.

I was looking at auto accessories online because my mom asked me to get prices online. Flood water got to the floor of our car when typhoon Ondoy hit my home country. They took it to the auto shop to have it all cleaned up but some of the car accessories were damaged and had to be replaced. So I’m helping her out by comparing prices online, she will then go to the stores at the mall and checkout the prices there too. She’d like to get reasonable prices for the accessories and I’m trying to find better deals for her.

I really should catch up on getting that beauty sleep at least a week before my little girl’s birthday party. I know concealer can cover dark circles but I really want to look like someone who is getting enough sleep on her party. I want to have a few decent family pictures too and I want to look good in them. It’s just hard to sleep when I get caught up on online surfing and scrapping at night. It’s the only time I can do these things, when the little girl is fast asleep. I guess I just have to cutback on those so I can go to bed at a decent hour too.

My husband is a tech savvy guy, I’m glad he is because he takes care of our computers/laptops and other gadgets. I don’t ever have to worry when my computer is not working the way I want it because he’s there to fix it. He can even install video surveillance equipment in our house if he wants too (lol). He assembled my computer by himself so it’s fully customized and it’s working just the way I want it.

I’ve decide to collect My Little Pony collectibles for Iyah. It was a toss up between My Littlest Petshop and this and I’ve chosen the ponies. So far we have these three, she likes playing with them and messing up their mane (lol). I hope to buy her a few more of these so she can have more to play with.

My mother in law is coming over to spend Christmas and New Year with us. It’s going to be fun, I’m looking forward to my little girl getting to know her grandma. She haven’t seen her since she turned one so I’m sure she’ll be surprise how much the little princess have grown. I’m still convincing my mom to come and spend the holidays with us too, the more the merrier I say. Of course we have to pospone our traditional yearly getaway so we can show them around. It’s not like we’re going to isla mujeres hotels but it will be more fun to spend time with family, plus we can have a bigger feast come Christmas eve now that we have more people to celebrate it with. I can’t wait…..

We took Iyah down our block to play at the playground and to play with the bubble machine we got for her. It was a windy afternoon and she had so much fun chasing after the bubbles. She fell down three times but she didn’t mind at all, good thing she was running on grass so she didn’t have any scratches. She was laughing the whole time and it was fun watching her. There were some kids who saw the bubbles and they joined in the fun too. It was a nice day.

I saw some cute and fun accessories at Gymboree for my little girl. Of course these are not certified diamonds but these will be perfect for her dresses and tops. I wish I could have ordered a few for her to wear on her birthday but it’s too late to do so now. I’ll just get her some for Christmas, I’m sure I’ll find a few pieces on sale in the next few months and who doesn’t love a sale (lol).
